Magic City Free Gas Giveaway

  1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the State of Georgia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Magic City, their immediate family members, and members of their households are not eligible to participate.

  1. Promotion Period

The giveaway begins on June 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on September 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible.

  1. How to Enter

To enter, submit your email address through the official entry form on the Magic City website during the Promotion Period. This is the only method of entry and it is free. No purchase of any kind is necessary to enter or win, and making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Submitting more than one email address or entry will not increase your chances of winning.

  1. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected each week by random drawing from all eligible entries received. Weekly drawings will be held every Friday beginning June 6, 2026 through September 5, 2026. The odds of winning in any given week depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that week.

  1. Prize

One winner per week will receive a gas gift card valued at one hundred dollars ($100.00). Approximate retail value: $100.00 per prize. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash equivalent. Magic City reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Multiple prizes may be awarded over the course of the Promotion Period.

  1. Winner Notification

Each weekly winner will be notified within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing at the email address submitted with their entry. The winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing. Magic City reserves the right to publicly announce the winner.

Winner must claim the prize within fourteen (7) days of notification unless otherwise agreed by Sponsor, or the prize will be deemed abandoned

  1. General Conditions

Magic City reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive manner. All decisions made by Magic City regarding this promotion are final and binding.

  1. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Magic City, its officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in this promotion or from the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

  1. Privacy

Information collected through this promotion will be used only in connection with administering this giveaway and any communications participants have agreed to receive. It will not be sold to third parties.
